The Sartorial Australia ships to all destinations worldwide.
Postage charges are determined by Australia Post with our commonly used shipping methods listed below:
Standard Aus Post: 1-5 business days
Express Aus Post: next day metro when ordered before 12pm mon-fri
Courier Aus Post: same day when ordered before 12pm mon-fri
Economy Aus Post International: 10+ business days
Standard Aus Post International: 6+ business days
Express Aus Post International: 2-4 business days between major metro areas
Courier Aus Post International: 1-3 business days between major metro areas
Standard and express Australia post shipments will be delivered via e-parcel. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon delivery. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel upon delivery it will be left at the nearest post office for you to collect. Australia post will never leave the parcel unattended. We cannot deliver to a PO box. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
All orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Once dispatched, standard e-parcel provides The Sartorial customers with a 2-3 business day delivery service within metropolitan areas, however, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to business 5 days for western Australia. Please note: there may be shipping delays during sale time.
Orders shipped by express e-parcel can be expected to arrive within 1 business day for metropolitan areas and up to 2 business days for non-metropolitan areas and western Australia.
Orders using an Aus Post Courier as the shipping method must be placed prior to 12pm on the day you wish the order to arrive. Please ensure someone will be present at the delivery address between 3pm and 6pm that afternoon as a signature will be required for delivery to take place.
Duties & Taxes
Please note orders shipped internationally may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to The Sartorial in order to receive a refund. Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received. Please contact your local customs or post office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
